Beautiful new boutique residential development in the heart of York
How it began Backstory
Occupying a prime site in the centre of the historic city of York, Occa are currently working on an exciting new multi-unit, luxury residential development for long term clients Avantis.
Along with contemporary & welcoming public spaces, we’re developing the design of the apartments to create multi functional open plan internal layouts, distinctive interior architectural detailing and complementary FF&E specifications.
With a high level of finish and attention to detail, the ten apartments will feature solid oak flooring, open plan Italian kitchens, striking bathrooms along with stunning contemporary fireplaces, feature ceilings & concealed lighting.
