Following recent new project developments, the expanding Occa Design Studio is currently hiring self-motivated, detail orientated FF&E procurement specialists to join the Interior Design team, delivering beautiful furniture, fittings and equipment to stunning hotel interior design projects for well-known global hotel groups.

With over 20 years experience of successfully buying, shipping & installing furniture, fixtures & equipment on our projects worldwide, we are now growing our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced and commercial furniture, fixtures & equipment buyers and project managers to join a dynamic procurement team working on the strategic sourcing, purchasing and full installation of projects on site.
Project Moodboards
As an Occa procurement specialist, you will work on initial interior design reviews through to sourcing, budgeting, value engineering, procuring and installation of all furniture, fittings and equipment. You will manage every step of the process and deliver projects for our clients on time and on budget.
You will have a minimum of 5 years procurement management or buying experience and are a fantastic negotiator with strong commercial acumen & excellent supplier relationships.
You may also have a strong quantity surveying, accounting or financial background and you know the furnishing supply chain inside out.
FF&E Procurement
You are a wonderful team player and aren’t phased by tight deadlines. You are sales & systems orientated and have seriously strong planning & organisational skills – excelling under pressure and making things happen.
You are innovative and creative and in command of carriers, couriers and furniture logistics – nothing will stop you delivering a project.
